Goodrich Petroleum Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its proved reserves and associated leasehold in the Eagle Ford Shale, valued at $118 million. Fortress Environmental Services (FES) cut the red ribbon on a new $9.3 million saltwater disposal (SWD) well this week in the Eagle Ford region.
